MASCOT FOR BWW!
We are delighted to welcome Dylan the dog as our official Bath Writers Workshop mascot - read his dog blog here
David and Kevan both had full houses for their respective events in the Jane Austen Festival, which ran 18-27 September. Kevan's Writing Jane workshop was described by one women participant from France: 'the most interesting event of [the] festival ... we learnt a lot about writing'. Adapting Austen, a talk by David Lassman, was given to a packed appreciative audience. David was also the architect of a successful world record-breaking event for the festival - the most amount of people dressed in Regency costumes in one place - which garnered national media coverage.
